Are all the mascot costumes shown in your range in stock?
Because we have such a large range of costumes, it is impossible to have all characters in stock, we indicate in red next to a costume description if it is available immediately, other costumes may be ordered and delivery can be expected within 5-10 days. If you require a Mascot for a specific date, we suggest you contact us first to check the delivery times.

What are the specifications of the costumes?
The Mascots are manufactured in accordance with the plush toy regulations, and are made of high quality imitation fur. They are made without and hard elements to avoid injury and are extremely durable. They have a unique shoe covering system, enabling the performer to wear their own shoes

Do you offer any guarantee on the mascots?
We cannot guarantee the performance of a mascot costume due to the nature of their use, however if an item is damaged. Missing or incorrect, on arrival we will of course offer to replace it or issue a full refund.

Are mascots available for rental?
Yes! Standard Line characters are available for rental. Custom-made are not.

Can I see a rendering of our custom mascot?
Yes! What's more, if you order your custom-made mascot from CM, Our computer officers can email you a rendering of what your mascot will look like subject to your approval before any fabric is cut. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with the proposed design. Once approved, if you wish, we can send you digital updates on your mascot while it's in production to assure that you are pleased with its progress.

Can I get my mascot in our special colors?
Yes! We're happy to make any costume in special colors at NO extra charge.

Can I get a custom-made character or make changes to a standard one?
Yes! 90% of our business is custom work. Consequently, we can custom-make anything! There are three basic types of custom-made -- Exact Logo Reproductions, Product Replicas, and Standard Characters that have been modified.

Can I get just a mascot Head and not the entire costume?
Yes! Heads, bodies, feet...all costume parts are available as separates. Just contact us for pricing.

Can I get the Head from one mascot on your website and the body from another one?
Yes! We would be happy to switch heads and bodies...even parts of bodies. For example, the head from that Hornet, the wings from another Hornet, the feet from the Pioneer and the jersey from the Hawk. Just tell us what you'd like and we'll calculate the price for you.

Costume Maintenance Tips
How-to Guides
Proper costume care and Maintenance is vital to prolong the life of your character costumes. In addition to offering our cleaning and repair service, this page is designed to help you with some tips on how to care for your costume after each use.

Cleaning
NOTE: Dry cleaning CM costumes are not recommended. The chemicals used in the dry cleaning process may damage certain components of the costume.
Remove the rings from the body form and the foot covers from the foam sculpted feet.
Machine wash the inner body form, outer body, foot covers, outer clothing, and gloves in WARM water with mild laundry detergent on a gentle cycle. The carry bag should be washed separately as they are usually quite soiled.
Tumble dry the costume on a NO or LOW HEAT dryer setting only. The fabric of the costume can be damaged if the dryer settings are too hot. Hanging the costume to dry in a well ventilated area is another option.
Once dry, place the foot covers and rings back into their original position.
Lightly brush any fleece areas. Be sure to be extremely careful not to damage the fibers.
Brush out the fur areas with a wire brush

Storage
Store the costume in a clean and well ventilated room.
DO NOT store the costume in the carry bag.
Allow the costume to air out between performances.
Place the head in a position that puts the least amount of stress on its shape, (the neck opening).
Hang or neatly fold the body components. Place the feet on their soles separate from the other components.
